Asbestos removal engagement can be complex and intimidating – and often requires specialist knowledge. We can manage the complete removal and disposal works of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) on your behalf. Our extensive experience managing asbestos contractors means we can take away this complexity for you.

We create an asbestos removal tender specification document production in relation to the projects involved

We assess the suitability of the tendering asbestos removal contractors

We review the method statements and plans of work

We gather the arrangement of air monitoring works and the issuing of site re-occupation certificates during – and following – the asbestos
removal works via suitable impartial and independent UKAS accredited testing laboratories

We attend site and our fully-qualified consultant will ensure that every aspect of the project is completed in accordance with method
statements – giving appropriate advice as the project progresses

Finally, we’ll have an end of project meeting to include the delivery of a project completion report
